Responsibilities:

Analyze and gather user and business requirements to support system development related to financial products such as bonds, gold saving, mutual funds, and other alternative instruments.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Collaborate closely with software development teams to translate business needs into system functionality.
Design business workflows such as order processing, NAV calculation, redemption process, and KYC procedures.
Write and execute test cases, perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real business scenarios.
Support operational teams (Operations) and relationship managers (RM/FA) to ensure the system meets business needs.
Keep updated on regulatory changes from authorities such as SEC, Bank of Thailand, or Revenue Department, and coordinate implementation into systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or relevant roles in financial or investment industries.
Solid understanding of financial products such as bonds, gold saving plans, mutual fundsand etc.
Familiar with systems such as Core Banking, Investment Platforms, or Wealth Management Systems.
Strong skills in business process analysis and creating clear technical documentation.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and basic SQL.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good command of English is a strong advantage.
