We are an overseas fintech software company looking for a Business Analyst with a good understanding of financial instruments and excellent English language skills. The role will be based in Bangkok with 1 to 2 days work from home.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following core qualities:
● Fluent in English, written and spoken
● Able to conduct online meetings in English with foreign clients and gather requirements
● Domain knowledge of shares, investments and funds area
● Graduated from a reputable university in finance, law, or computer science
● Experience as an Analyst or Business Analyst
● An analytical and inquisitive mindset
● Attention to detail
● An understanding of financial concepts such as shares, convertible bonds, and funds management would be good
● Knowledge and experience of working with software development teams, write specifications, test cases and manage project delivery
● Ability to be flexible with working hours as calling clients overseas will be required
● No specific technology skills are required.
Your responsibilities will be:
● Read and analyse legal or finance documentation
● Write requirements specification and test delivered software
● Basic project management to organise the delivery of requirements on time
● Organise workshops with clients to gather requirements
● Assist in hiring/interviewing of developers and
● Liaise with developers, clients, and operations to deliver software.
