Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
â Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends,
product, service and competitive landscape.
â Analyze data to determine market opportunities and develop strategies to
capitalize on them.
â Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay informed and
adapt our approach accordingly.
â Develop and implement business development strategies
â Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets, build partnerships, and
increase sales.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
â Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels such as cold
calling, email, networking events, and referrals.
â Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
â Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback,
ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
â Network with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers.
3. Proposal Development and Presentation:
â Prepare compelling business proposals tailored to the specific needs and
objectives of prospective clients.
â Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to
customize solutions and address client requirements.
â Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our company's
capabilities, value proposition, and unique selling points.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
â Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements with
clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
â Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented, reviewed, and
executed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
â Continuously evaluate contract performance and identify opportunities for
renewal, renegotiation, or termination as appropriate.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
â Develop sales forecasts and projections based on market analysis, historical
data, and current trends.
â Track, Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales
revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition cost measure the success of
business development initiatives.
â Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding sales
pipeline, opportunities, and challenges.
6. Manage projects, negotiate and close deals
â Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
â Oversee the development and execution of business development projects.

Qualifications:
â Bachelor's degree or in business administration, digital marketing, marketing, or a
related field.
â More than 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
with a focus on developing new relationships. (Age over 30+ year)
â Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing or digital marketing
agency business. (Advantage)
â Have experience in business development or sales in marketing business (accepting for
consideration)
â Have experience in developing and implementing business development
strategies in high-value accounts.
â Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
â Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals.
â Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
â Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
â Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
â Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English (TOEIC score 750+)
