Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Engineering background or Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in plastic, injection mold or fiberglass composites
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
- Experience in pricing negotiations, cost recovery, and tendering processes
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to communicate professionally with a strong personality.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and people management skills.
- Good planning, organizational, Analytic and problem-solving skills, creative and a hunger to stay up to date with economic matters.
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales budgets and goals for all product lines in the assigned sales district and developing new revenue opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and oversee Key Accounts strategies that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Establish and closely manage and grow existing accounts/resellers/distributors to maximize existing relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize the market penetration.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Present key benefits of our products while focusing on specific customer needs.
- Monitoring competitors' sales strategies and reporting significant developments to management.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
- Lead the development and execution of long-term business growth strategies
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in both local and export markets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and pricing agreements
- Liaise with production and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Oversee project timelines from customer brief to product delivery
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline health
- Reporting to the General Manager.
