Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Engineering background or Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in plastic, injection mold or fiberglass composites
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Experience in pricing negotiations, cost recovery, and tendering processes
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to communicate professionally with a strong personality.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and people management skills.
  • Good planning, organizational, Analytic and problem-solving skills, creative and a hunger to stay up to date with economic matters.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales budgets and goals for all product lines in the assigned sales district and developing new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee Key Accounts strategies that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
  • Establish and closely manage and grow existing accounts/resellers/distributors to maximize existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize the market penetration.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Present key benefits of our products while focusing on specific customer needs.
  • Monitoring competitors' sales strategies and reporting significant developments to management.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term business growth strategies
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in both local and export markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and pricing agreements
  • Liaise with production and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Oversee project timelines from customer brief to product delivery
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline health
  • Reporting to the General Manager.
