The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering relationships through our dealer network, negotiating contracts, resolving customer inquiries, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to identify and cultivate sales opportunities within the dealer network.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with dealers and customers to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and report on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven sales professional with experience in the industrial sector, ideally with a similar product portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our headquarters in Barcelona.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset who can work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and Southeast Asia, with an average travel commitment of 30%.
