Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 5 years of experience in project procurement for technical goods and services
• Familiar with SAP, ARIBA is a plus
• Good English in writing and speaking
• Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure with high commitment
• Handling end-to-end procurement activity
• Liaises with stakeholder to determine their needs and ensure complex technical goods and services
• demands especially projects related are procured in line with all relevant and all applicable company
• policies, procedures, regulations and legal requirements.
• Negotiate purchase agreements in the area of technical goods and services at the best possible
• commercial conditions under consideration of all technical and quality requirements.
• Ensure cost competitiveness by execute with professional procurement, under the condition of
• meeting technical specification and given project schedule.
• Execute all assigned procurement operations in a way to ensure high effectiveness & efficiency
• utilizing all relevant procurement tools and processes.
• Support relevant supplier management processes including supplier qualification and evaluation.
• Monitor and expedite to ensure on time delivery
• Build and maintain good relationships with strategic supplier
