Responsibility:
Responsible for the development of Procast Casting simulation models.
Develops appropriate casting solidification/flow models based on best practices.
Runs solidification and flow analysis for Aluminum alloy wheels low pressure die castings.
Works with FEA groups and process engineers to optimize casting to avoid porosity and other defects.
Coordinate projects and priorities.
Analyses data and makes recommendations on unusual or complex technical problems.
Writes technical reports.
Create and presents oral presentations to internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned for design function job.
Make understanding and comply with the company policy, procedures, laws and regulations that related to occupational health, safety, and environment, as well as to support the objectives and targets that are deployed by the company and/or superior to achieve the intended outcome.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years' experience in Casting simulation.
Experience in a programming of Procast or Magma.
Experience in developing NPI build plan and drive build schedule.
