CBS & Project Coordinator
(Rayong)
Job Description:
Support operation excellence through the whole MC plant with Business System, PROMT, project/SPA, operations KPIs follow-up.
Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
Lead CBS strategy and roadmap for MC Rayong plant
Provide the CBS knowledge and awareness training to the team
Follow up the CBS toolbox introduction and follow up
Network with central CBS coach
Support HoD / project manager for MC RY greenfield project on communication, documentation, central visitors, experts working on-site.
Follow up the milestones during the project execution period, fix and solve the issues escalated from project.
Make well communications external to suppliers, and internal to communicate the progress.
Coordinate the annual improvement projects/SPA/Initiatives (including RICP) to support operations excellence.
Regular follow up the project status and adjust the plan.
Follow up basic programs to support implementation by each owner.
Coordinate the annual strategy workshop to define the improvement projects/initiatives/SPA to support the plant operation excellence, efficiency improvement, capacity increasing with IE engineer together.
Coordinate the KPIs meetings, monthly follow-up and POR documentation.
Create the meeting minutes and transfer to action plan with each owner, to follow up with deadlines
Keep monitoring the KPIs progress and follow up if big deviations.
Responsible for Improvement Management (CIM) to collect the suggestions from the team, regularly evaluate them with the team together.
Support to develop team more, the tasks included below at least but not limited:
Regular workshops (twice per year on the annual workshop)
Team activities (could set up one club)
Mini townhall meetings MC (twice per year)
Celebrating success with Adm team together
promotion and decoration on core values
Visitors and customers visiting receiving plan, and coordination.
2Wheel 5S activities coornations and promotions, awarding.
5S daily work Including workshop area and office area, indicate TW 5S performance and improvements, Regular 5S assessment and deliver training to shopfloor employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
5 years experience in manufacturing, preferred with industrial engineering or management experience
Basic Knowledge in environmental and safety
Industrial process knowledge
Time management
Safety policy of Continental and government
5S knowledge
Experienced in project management
