Your Role: As the Central Operations Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring ingredient quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
- Planning and managing production processes to deliver ingredients to branches.
- Scheduling and managing kitchen staff.
- Forecasting and planning production quantities.
- Monitoring and controlling ingredient stock levels.
- Organizing ingredient preparation and deliveries to our restaurant network.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in central kitchen operations.
- Experience working with large restaurant groups is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Culinary industry qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum English proficiency of IELTS 5 (for sponsorship eligibility).
