Responsibilities:
Overseeing the financial operations of a company and making decisions based on the company's financial stability included monitoring cash flow, meeting with the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CEO to discuss the best practices for company finances and coming up with strategic plans to improve their company's overall financial health.
Responsible for managing the financial decisions of a company or organization.
Executing the company's financial strategy.
Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Assisting the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CEO to develop financial plans.
Managing accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
Background from related business (shipping, logistics) will be advantage.
Bachelor's degree major in Accounting or Finance, MBA in Finance is a plus.
Proven record as CFO, Finance Officer or Relevant role.
Excellent knowledge in corporate finance and project finance.
Experience on M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) or / and Business development are required.
Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
Ability to strategize, solve problem and strong leadership skills.
Experience to use IFS system.
Very good command in English.
