Chief Financial Officer - IPO Process

Our client is Retails Business on process IPO looking for "CFO" as qualification as below;

Location: Sukumvit

Salary Package: 200K - 250K

Business: Service, Entertainment and Trading business

Key point

• CPA - Accounting operation and controlling
• Leading IPO project to be listed on SET
• Cashflow management
• Accounting operation / internal control
• Finance business partner / Project finance management
• Professional in Accounting (CPA) is advantage who run Thailand business with IPO project.
• Assessment control and Risk Management
• 2 company subsidiaries
• Reporting to company group

Responsibilities:

Direct experienced to lead IPO to SET in 2025

• Cash flow management
• Set up and improvement in accounting operation under accounting standard.

• Direct background experience internal control with trading and retail business also project management.
• Overall monitoring department and organization as the Leading management objectives by developing strategies, gathering information, conducting analysis, providing recommendations and giving direction.
• Responsible for accounting, finance, commercial finance & budget/forecast analysis with company strategic business plan
• Perform reconciliation and preparing supporting schedules to financial statements.
• Provide advice to top management by evaluating trends and consolidating financial information.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Communicate with SET and Investor about company's performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields and CPA preferred.
• Experiences in Financial roles minimum 10 years progressively responsible.
• Direct experienced to lead IPO to SET
• Familiar EPR - SAP system
• Adapt at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with content business goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
• Dynamics, Result - Oriented, Self Driven
