Responsibilities :

  • Effectively communicate with customers and address their requirements.
  • Handle stakeholder interactions appropriately.
  • Manage the promotion and negotiation of Sales PJ (Sales Project) with clients to achieve objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales progress and take appropriate actions or initiate creative solutions.
  • Provide practical reports to the supervisor within specified time schedules.
  • Negotiate and address questions about products and terms of sales.
  • Create sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Perform operational responsibilities in alignment with HO-REN-SO principles - Report, Contact, Consult.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal organizations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Previous experience in the sales field, with a preference for those with experience in the Chinese industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, at least HSK level 5, or a Chinese native speaker.
  • Proficiency in English, enabling effective trilingual communication.
  • Ability to work in the Rayong area.
  • Owns a car and possesses a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel for visiting Chinese customers in industrial areas.
