Responsibilities:

  • Cultural liaison, leverage key Chinese - makers to enhance understanding and integration.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration by addressing cultural differences and fostering mutual respect.
  • Identify and engage with Chinese enterprises expanding overseas.
  • Conduct client visits, organize technical sessions, and deliver product training to enhance awareness of company's products.
  • Respond promptly to client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expand partnerships with customers, leveraging best practices for full coverage.
  • Understand evolving needs of customers through frequent visits and provide value - added solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Drive sales activities including technical exchanges, product localization, market promotion, and customer support.
  • Conduct market research to provide data - driven insights on trends, competition, customer needs, and regulations.
  • Align with CC Liaison Office, BSMs, and HoGBS for consistent engagement with customers' headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Min 7 years in business development or account management in B2B automotive sectors/automotive part.
  • Open for Chinese candidates.
  • In - depth logistics knowledge with strong negotiation and problem - solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages especially Mandarin is a plus.
