To cope with business expansion, a FMCG group, retail businesses is looking for high caliber to join them and take lead of key account and retail sales teams in establishing and maintaining strong commercial relationships to grow customer business sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial activities and be responsible for Mono, Ustore, Online, E&E, AIS, Mobi, Marketing, and PM departments.
  • Develop the commercial strategy across brand portfolio across sales channels and retailers accounts in achievement business objectives.
  • Drive and implement commercial strategy, to achieve sales and market share growth with business partners.
  • Champion the channel internally and externally, challenge ideas and drive change through account insight, analysis, initiative, and a problem-solving approach.
  • Accountable for full budget and P&L management, and ensuring we deliver improved profitability and return on investment.
  • Partner closely with marketing and training teams, lead the team of Key Account Managers and Retail Managers as they navigate the complexity of their multi-branded channel.
  • Sales leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive commercial success and contribute to business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business, development etc.).
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
  • Sales Management: Manage sales teams, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for commercial activities, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and finance to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks, develop contingency plans, and adapt strategies as needed.
