Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed management accounting reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Secure revenue by verifying transaction details, calculating charges, and identifying overdue accounts and insufficient payments.
  • Organize and prepare necessary documents and information for financial tasks.
  • Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records.
  • Apply mathematical skills to analyze financial data and technical skills to prepare monthly and yearly financial reports, including account integration, statutory audits, and operating procedures to meet headquarters requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of all analyses (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual).
  • Assist with internal compliance and coordinate internal audits.
  • Translate and review relevant financial systems from Chinese to English.
  • Review internal processes and organize training for various departments to ensure compliance with internal regulations and audits.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Deputy General Manager (FA) and Assistant Commercial Manager.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • 1-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (listening, writing, reading); knowledge of Thai is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Thai and international accounting standards.
  • Skilled in computerized accounting systems, capable of preparing various reports (budget, cost management, forecast).
  • Strong execution, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in accounting software such as Express Accounting and ACCPAC.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, and proficient in English.
  • Proactive, initiative-taker with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
  • Strong information management skills.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
