Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new SME clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Offer tailored financing solutions to both new and current SME clients by cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage the onboarding process and loan disbursement for new SME clients on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure all sales procedures are well-documented and address any issues in the client acquisition process, from onboarding to the first loan disbursement.
  • Handle administrative tasks for Siam Validus, including bookkeeping for expenses, scheduling meetings, organizing travel plans, and performing various ad-hoc duties.
  • Research to uncover opportunities and prospects, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Create presentations and other related documents for both internal and external purposes as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
