Responsibilities:
Representation of the Regional Hub entities regarding topics of Compliance and Ethics with regards to internal and external contact persons;
Decision of Compliance-related issues in complex business operations, which might have material impact for the entities and/or consolidated subsidiaries;
Presenting Integrity Management progress to the local management;
Coordinates and regulates the activities belonging to RMS within the relevant companies
Ongoing monitoring, assessment and effective as well as efficient improvement of Compliance and Ethic programs in area of responsibility; independent monitoring and development of improvements of the Compliance Management System; hence also relevant Compliance and Ethic programs of subsidiaries if applicable;
Establishment and self-responsible management of an effective and efficient Compliance Management System in alignment with next Compliance level accountable
Qualifications :
ฺBachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management.
Fluent in English both of written and spoken
Experience 5+ years of experience in Global Legal and Compliance a similar role.
Good Communication, Leadership skill
Able to work at Rayong province
