Job Description
Support clients for Accounting System implementation projects
Provide consultation to clients / Accounting Staffs
Demonstrate and teach how to use systems
Handle inquires from clients and answer, trouble-shooting
After-Sales support to clients
Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Japanese Manager
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor or higher in any fields (Accounting is advantaged)
Age: 26 - 35 years old
English: Communication - Intermediate
able to communicate with Japanese Manager, no need to be fluent
Exp: min 4 - 5 years as Consultant - Sales at ERP system provider
(e.g.) SAP, Oracle, Microsoft or any other ERPs
Strong knowledge and exp in "Accounting" Module are a must
System Implementation support experience + after support
