Job Desciption:
- Check the conditions of the company's contract documents. between project owners and between subcontractors.
- Set standards for data storage formats for TOR documents, contract contracts. , sales contract.
- Follow up and check document policy which is important before submitting to the project owner.
- Follow up on time extension documents, reserve various rights according to rights in the contract.
- Analyse and summarize the effects of construction. that will affect the contract conditions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering Civil Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field.
- There is meticulous detail in working.
- Have good leadership and human relations Able to work together with others.
- English proficiency is average - good.
