We're Hiring: Contract Manager (Infrastructure Projects)

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in Thailand's infrastructure sector? We're looking for someone who can own the contract lifecycle - from drafting and negotiation to compliance and risk mitigation - across high-impact projects.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full contract process for large-scale infrastructure or joint venture projects.
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  
• Provide expert advice on contractual rights, obligations, variation orders, and risk allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with Thai regulations and international standards.
  
• Support resolution of disputes and guide on force majeure and termination clauses.
  
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all project phases.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Law, Contract Management, or Civil Engineering.
  
• 8+ years of contract administration experience in infrastructure projects in Thailand.
  
• Experience working with Thai conglomerates or JV project structures.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  
• Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
