- Ensure the timely and accurate creation of documentation to meet challenging deadlines, prioritizing consistency throughout.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating prompt communication regarding contract details as necessary.
- Serve as the primary liaison for contractual and related legal inquiries, coordinating closely with the legal department to address concerns and queries.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide detailed reports and updates on the status of contract reviews and negotiations to the legal team.
- Take the lead in all aspects of contract reviews, negotiations, and the implementation of contract variations, with a keen focus on minimizing potential risks.
- Escalate issues potentially affecting the organization's financial, tax, accounting, or legal standing to the finance and legal departments for expert advice.
- Adhere strictly to internal and legislative contract review and approval protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Guarantee the integrity and auditability of contract documentation and communications by ensuring their accessibility to both internal and external auditors.
- Securely store all critical signed contract documentation within the central contracts repository, maintaining strict confidentiality and accessibility.
- Promptly identify and escalate any contractual disputes or issues to the legal department for resolution.
