Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Emergency Assistance Team (RSA), Extended Warranty Service Team (EW), and Customer Service Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with company clients by receiving information from dealers/partners and passing it to relevant departments.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and related documentation.
- Accurately receive, record, organize, and distribute information to appropriate departments.
- Issue coverage numbers to partners within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 22-35 years.
- Able to work on night shift. (Additional Allowance will be provided)
- Vocational diploma (High Vocational Certificate) to Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes, such as claims handling and coordination with insurance companies.
