Qualification :

â€Ē Proven working experience as HR Manager or HRBP

â€Ē People oriented and results driven

â€Ē Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

â€Ē Knowledge of HR systems and databases

â€Ē Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

â€Ē Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

â€Ē Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

â€Ē In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

â€Ē Degree in Human Resources or related field
