Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales activities, including campaign setup, communication design, progress monitoring, delivery tracking, and report generation.
  • Prepare insightful reports to identify campaign trends, delivery performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of internal workflows and processes.
  • Support the sales team with client communication and coordination after the sale.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and digital media buying.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting directly to clients.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
