Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities, including campaign setup, communication design, progress monitoring, delivery tracking, and report generation.
- Prepare insightful reports to identify campaign trends, delivery performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of internal workflows and processes.
- Support the sales team with client communication and coordination after the sale.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and digital media buying.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting directly to clients.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
- Effective teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
