Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineer or Relative flied

  • Management and QMS is required

  • Worked experience >5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields,

  • Computer skill for all MS-Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, and E-Mail)

  • Quality Manage System (QMS) has been trained for basic of ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949 and ISO14001,

  • Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP and VDA, CSR's.

  • Good command of English



Responsible:

  • Handling customer complaint, Regular quality data control, Cooperation for new projects, Investigation of internal failure

  • Coordinator with concern department when have customer complaint or quality issue.

  • Supplier failure analysis and find the solution how to preventive and corrective action included Client's plant to plant issue.

  • Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts)

  • Quality improvement (14VSQB Activity)

  • IQIS management control and tracking.

  • Prepare PPAP document to customer including new customer

  • Shop floor management (5S implementation, Associate developments, Coordinator)
