Shift: Rotation (9.00-18.00/ 12.00- 21.00)
Working days: 5 days/week (days off not be weekends)
Location: Bhiraj tower, BTS Bangna
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Qualification/ Specification
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- New graduates are welcome
- Able to communicate in English
- Multiple Skills (Voice and Non - Voice)
- Able to work in Shift Rotation (5 days) (On-site)
