QA Supervisor
Job Description:
- Manage the activities of a section or department in the Quality organization with responsibility for results in terms of product quality, performance and safety.
- Represent factory as Quality System Council Representative in the Region Expertise Council Meeting.
- Write, review, analyze, and revise written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and submit procedural changes as needed.
- Developing plans to investigate identified risks and implement corrective action plans (CAPA), as assigned.
- Coordinates the timely close-out of NCR/CAPA, Change control system, and other quality assurance elements.
- Ensure that validation activities are complaint with validation protocol. Maintaining re-validation schedule and validation review to ensure that its compliance with the requirements.
- In-process quality control, final AQL inspection and monitoring process to ensure follow facility standard procedure and requirement. Supervise the Quality team and handling the system regarding quality assurance management.
- Participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.
- Lead the Quality VIP and process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineer, pharmaceutical science or science-related field.
- 3-5 years of QA experience for International Manufacturing such as FMCG, Healthcare, Chemical or Electronics Manufacturing.
- Problem solving skill and have understanding in GMP & HACCP requirement.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy
