Implementation engineer

Job Description: As a crucial member of our team, you will contribute to both the presales and implementation phases within our proposed products or solutions. Your input and support will be invaluable in demonstrating the benefits and value of our solution to potential clients, as well as in ensuring smooth implementation. Collaborating closely with our sales team and vendors, you will provide technical insights and solutions to address client needs and challenges. Comprehensive product training will be provided from our partners, including Checkmarx, Appdome, and Transmit Security.
As a Implementation Engineer, you will assist in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions delivered to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the implementation and deployment of IT solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and solution engineering teams to understand project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and gather necessary information to ensure successful solution deployment, including network configurations, hardware specifications, and software requirements.
- Configure and customize hardware and software components based on client specifications and solution design.
- Install, configure, and integrate IT infrastructure components such as servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and software applications.
- Conduct testing and validation of deployed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability meet client expectations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of deployed solutions.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies, industry best practices, and vendor certifications to continuously improve technical skills and expertise.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Execute tasks as assigned by the management team, ensuring prompt and efficient completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevSecOps, including hands-on implementation and deployment in real-world scenarios.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes for both iOS and Android platforms, including proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
- Familiarity with industry-standard mobile security frameworks and guidelines such as OWASP Mobile Top 10 and Mobile App Security Verification Standard (MASVS).
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing secure coding practices specific to mobile app development, including data encryption, secure authentication methods, input validation, and secure storage of sensitive information.
- In-depth knowledge of common mobile security threats and vulnerabilities, such as insecure data storage, insecure communication, broken authentication, and insufficient cryptography.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer-facing roles like pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various DevOps tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
