Reduce MTTR and improve MTBF
Maximize equipment availability
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Maintain equipment with minimal breakdowns
Conduct proper root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field
Experience with Milling machines, Latch machines, Surface grinding machines, and Welding is a plus
Experience with CNC machining and Siemens PLC is advantageous
Experience in automotive manufacturing, greenfield projects, or new plant setup is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles
Good command of English for communication
