Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive inspection services for customer on-site equipment.
- Perform on-site maintenance of customer equipment and collect feedback on issues.
- Train customer maintenance personnel and oversee equipment acceptance.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
- Train outsourced installation and debugging personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Automation, or Mechanics.
- Familiarity with tire structure technology and tire production technology.
- Understanding of advanced after-sales service management concepts and tools.
- Proficient in the debugging and maintenance of tire machinery equipment.
- Knowledgeable about equipment structure, assembly, and maintenance.
- Experience with ABB and Siemens control systems.
- Willingness to undertake long-term domestic and international business trips.
