Job Description:
- Develop and implement production processes, assembly procedures, and process standards for electronic products based on product requirements.
- Manage and monitor new product trial production, ensuring a smooth transition from trial production to mass production.
- Conduct anomaly analysis on the production floor, provide solutions, and track improvements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding electronic product quality, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and improvement of overall process yields.
- Design and optimize assembly processes and fixtures.
- Analyze and address issues arising from mass production products.
- Perform product quality inspections according to SIP and handle QA-related tasks.
Qualification
- Over 5 years of relevant experience; experience in EMS factory electronic process/assembly is preferred.
- Proficient in the production processes of consumer electronics, with experience as a PE engineer handling new product trial production and familiar with electronic product structures, components, and integrated assemblies.
- Capable of preparing electronic process documentation to address and improve product defects.
- Experience with 3C/IOT, automotive electronics, medical products, wearables, and other related electronic products.
- Willingness to work hard and adapt to business travel.
