Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications
Lead the implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system configurations meet functional requirements
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to build internal capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after system deployment
Monitor system performance and ensure continuous improvement and optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing
Familiarity with application servers and database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, or other cloud/on-premise environments
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies

WFO 100% M-F (Required to work every other Saturday)
