- Need to have high profile with management skills
- Need to have people management skill, procurement skill and purchasing experience
- Knowledge of the food Ex ratio of ingredient and calories
- Star chef program - Executive chef can design the new menu and share to another branches
- Overseas Graduate with good English
- Well Knowledge of costing software in P.O.S system.
- Well Presentation skills
- During the second round of interview they might ask him to prepare the presentation as well
