Job description
- Control smooth receiving & issuing process based on FIFO basis.
- Manage, control and plan for daily & monthly inventory stock count.
- Maintain the service of warehousing and delivery to the company standard.
- Provide the service of warehouse and delivery operation.
- Improve the service of warehouse and delivery operation.
- Control and ensure that subordinates adhere to the company standard.
- Evaluate subordinate's performance.
- Develop the subordinates their working skills and maintain their productivity.
- To stop any activities, which may endanger someone's safety.
- Analyse appropriate headcount for each invention line.
- Allocate work to individual worker to suit with product produced at that day.
- Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use inventory equipment or resolve problems.
- Action follow by the rule and responsibility of safety occupational health and environment stickily.
- Action follow by the rule and responsibility of GMP and food safety stickily.
- Action follow by the suggestion of supervisor.
- Corrective action follows by employee suggestion to prevent non-conforming of safety and quality requirement.
- Maintain accurate daily production records for the team so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Perform addition functions as directed or assumed on personal initiative.
- In case, Employee not on job duty, Deputy Manager can make a decision in chart for employee.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in warehouse, logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar from FOOD industries.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software.
- Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: 20-25K
- Working day: Mon-Fri
