Qualifications:
- Male or female, age between 30-38 years old
- Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical, Architect or Environmental engineering
- At least 10 years' experience in plant facility and infrastructure management
- Good computer skill in MS office
- Fluent in English communication
- Strong leadership
- Having knowledge of Waste and energy management in manufacturing
- Industrial waste operator (DIW)
Responsible:
- Coordination of responsible for water reduction, - waste reduction, - electricity consumption reduction projects
- Preparation of frequent reports to Management
- Preparation of sustainability report to BV and CC/HSE
- Coordinate activities within FCM as well as other departments
- Foster connection to CC plants worldwide to exchange best practice solutions
- Close contact with central department CC/HSE in Germany guarantees early involvements for new tools, standards etc.
