Responsibility - Manage and maintain the facility's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, fire protection, air compressor and clean room systems.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new equipment, including HVAC systems, Air compressor system, fire protection and clean room system.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Provide technical support to the facilities team, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Work with contractors to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.
- Control and inspect the construction to ensure quality and standards.
- Manage the facility's energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in the development of the facilities CAPEX&OPEX budget and manage expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems and Air compressor
- Ability to understand electrical, engineering, civil engineering drawings, drawing ability-CAD.
- Experience in construction will be advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
