Responsibilities:
- Establish annual goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to adhere to.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that facilities comply with government regulations and meet environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Lead the recruitment planning process for the team.
- Oversee and negotiate contracts and services, including security, parking, cleaning, and catering.
- Manage, prioritize, and track the progress of ongoing activities, addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure the facility is fully operational, with all utilities functioning properly.
- Supervise maintenance and repair work, and assist in the inspection and servicing of building equipment.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers, such as SDX.
- Prepare reports and provide written recommendations.
- Update the budget, performance metrics, tasks, and future plans on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with the property team and third-party service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of general maintenance practices, operational requirements, and safety protocols in facilities management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, both internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Good command in English Language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and experience with property management software is a plus.
