Finance and Accounting Executive Specialist

Job description

• Prepare finance & accounting related documents
• Manage daily cashflow
• Perform month-end closing activity and account reconciliation in compliance with all legal,regulatory and group requirement to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping and related financial statements.
• Handle settlement operation and related reconciliation
• Handle tax returns in compliance with tax regulations e.g. withholding tax, VAT, CIT, etc.
• Responsible for the accounting check of inventory purchase, warehousing, warehouse management and collection consumption.
• Assist ad-hoc assignment required by Finance manager

Qualification

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting
• 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax
• Experience of Service & Trading from Multiple companies is a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel) and SAP is a must
• Very Good command of English language
