Responsibilities:
Financial Resource Management - Ensure the secure and efficient utilization of financial resources.
- Develop and oversee budget plans, including Profit and Loss (PL), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF).
- Implement and monitor Cost Improvement (CI) plans for Logistics and Inventory Handling (LS/IH/Log).
- Establish and manage transfer prices for units and service parts.
Accounting Supervision
- Oversee payment, invoicing, and closing procedures for each term.
- Manage financial statements and ensure timely tax submissions.
Tax Management - Utilization and provide taxation support.
- Monitor and control Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
BOI - Lead activities related to BOI scheme
- Plan and execute BOI scheme activities, including scheduling.
Collaboration within Accounting & Finance Team
- Foster communication and cooperation with team members, including the Board of Directors (BOD), Audit Committee, and monthly profit reporting.
Team Management and Human Development in Accounting & Finance Team
- Lead team management efforts and focus on the professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Budget Planning and Control
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in budget planning and effective control measures.
Comprehensive Knowledge in Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Cost Accounting
- Demonstrated proficiency in various areas, including Accounting, Treasury functions, Taxation, and Cost Accounting.
Understanding of BOI (Board of Investment) and Risk Management
- Acquired knowledge in BOI schemes and strategies, coupled with a strong grasp of risk management principles.
Legal Knowledge in Contract Management
- Possess a solid understanding of legal aspects related to contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Strong Communication Skills and Team Management
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
