Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of finance and accounting.

• Controlling all financial operations, accounting audit, and various reporting to shareholders

• Costing and pricing control.

• Prepare and summit annual accounting report.

• Checking the document that need to be summit to government.

• Prepare the fund budget and cost budget based on the production budget monthly and quarterly

• Supervise team members in the departments when needed .

• Company's accounting policy to be in line with the changes of the international accounting standard.

• Analyze and summarize accountant and financial information to support management.

• Review the calculation of Specific Business Tax and formulate the calculation of Corporate Income Tax to comply with tax law as well as submitting reports to regulators.

• Give advice, formulate accounting records, conduct studies of financial impact and tax for new business including arranging Audit Committee and reviewing minutes for the executives.

• Give advice related with accounting to officers and formulate information upon request.

• Other job as assignment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in bachelor degree up.

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Finance related fields

• CPD license

• At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance

• Have analytical skills.

• Good command of English

• Knowledge of laws related with accounting and tax.
