We're looking for a Global Product Costing Business Partner to join our team! This is a strategic role where you'll work cross-functionally with Design, Category Management, and Development teams to drive cost optimization, data visibility, and informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle - without compromising design intent or product integrity.

Role: Global Role | Department: Global Product Costing Team
Reports to: Product Costing & Operational Excellence Director

What You'll Do:

• Act as a strategic partner across departments to align product development with cost targets.
• Lead and participate in costing reviews, ensuring designs meet financial expectations.
• Integrate collections planning and roadmaps into the costing process.
• Support continuous improvement and implement best practices in costing workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role (footwear or related industry preferred).
• Background in Business, Engineering, or Product Design.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in product development, costing tools, PLM systems, and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
