Focusing on these areas, the Head of HR can effectively set up and manage the human resources function to support the growth and success of the golf club and travel company


Job Scope:

  1. Company Setup and HR Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR plan to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Lead the recruitment process for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement activities, and conflict resolution.
    • Implement programs to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Manage leadership development initiatives to build a strong management team.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
  7. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  8. HR Technology and Data Management:
    • Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
  9. Workforce Planning:
    • Plan and manage workforce requirements in line with business objectives.
    • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for new roles.
  10. Cultural Development:
    • Promote a company culture that encourages high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Align HR initiatives with the company's values and mission.
