Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across Singapore, Bangladesh, and India. This role will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company's marketing and branding strategies in all three markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving brand recognition and consumer engagement across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
- Analyze and understand market dynamics, including competitor activity, cultural trends, and the digital landscape, to position the company as a leader in Singapore, Bangladesh, and India.
- Elevate the brand's presence within the design community through creative and impactful initiatives, focusing on both strategy and execution.
- Define and refine the brand's unique tone of voice, ensuring its consistency across all platforms, while increasing brand awareness, consideration, and key values in each local market.
- Ensure competitive brand positioning and maintain the company's standing among key players in the industry.
- Understand consumer behavior in each market and align brand strategies to these insights.
360° Marketing Management:
- Develop and lead comprehensive 360° marketing plans, integrating ATL, BTL, and digital strategies to enhance brand presence and drive demand across all three markets.
- Guide local marketing teams in implementing tailored strategies that resonate with each market's cultural nuances and current trends.
- Oversee the planning and execution of annual signature events and pop-up initiatives across all regions.
- Manage advertising, promotions, and event campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate brand activities across PR, content creation, partnerships, and communications, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure tonal consistency in all marketing efforts, from digital campaigns to on-the-ground activations.
- Oversee and optimize social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Develop and implement e-commerce and retail strategies, as well as new product launches.
- Track and report on marketing performance with weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, including analysis of past initiatives and strategic adjustments.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, identifying opportunities and crafting counter-strategies to outpace competitors.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and secure brand collaborations that resonate with the target audience and boost sales.
- Ensure efficient management of project timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and brand communications, preferably within a consumer brand for 5 to 7 years.
- Experience leading and managing multicultural teams across diverse regions.
- Strong understanding of cultural and social landscapes, including trends in Singapore, Bangladesh, and India.
- Prior experience in a Singapore-based multinational company in a similar role or Furniture companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English is essential.
