Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and freehold pricing to shape effective sales strategies.
- Ensure teams deliver measurable, results-driven performance.
- Oversee property occupancy rates within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with teams to meet ARR targets for existing assets and contribute to new project development.
- Work with the Strategy Team to create sales plans for additional NLA space, aligning with project positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, tenants, and vendors.
- Lead international partnerships across retail and wholesale portfolios.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Advise tenants on market preferences and store designs to align with project goals.
- Coordinate with agents and retail teams to optimize office building space.
- Innovate temporary office models to capture new business opportunities.
