Job responsibility:

  • Plan atomic activities to drive desired business culture.
  • Participate in strategic award efforts within human resources, culture, management, insurance, business, and related domains.
  • Work closely with the MD and management team to ensure a unified framework and implementation.
  • Manage the overall human resources system, including Manpower planning. recruitment Compensation Benefit management, labor relations management system and other related things.
  • Drive performance that aligns with the organization's to achieved goals.
  • Develop a framework for the talent development program and oversee the entire talent management lifecycle. including identifying talent succession planning Development programs and updates
  • Collaborate with MD and management team to drive business results through people and business strategy synergies.
  • Assume the role of change by optimizing resources for managing impactful change in response to challenges.
  • Seamlessly integrate with the responsible team to act as a mentor, advisor, or employee advocate. to facilitate changes to improve solutions.
  • Work with a team of personnel, such as acquisition of talent.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor & master's degree about HRM/HROD etc.
  • At least 10 - 12 years of working experience in Manager level.
  • At least 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in a manager position up- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in governance Comprehensive "training program plan" and the ability to act as a host/MC. in various training.
  • Good command of English (Able to communicate fluently in English).
  • Strong leadership, and work under pressure, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
