Job description

  1. Assist to HR & Admin Manager to manage team 6 persons (1HRBP + 1Training + 1Recruit & ER + 1Time attendance + 2Payroll).

  2. Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.

  3. Coordinates Compensation & Benefits processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.

  4. Designs and develops compensation policies.

  5. Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.

  6. Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration.

  7. Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company.

  8. Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization.

  9. Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.

  10. Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees.

  11. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)

  12. Define a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company's strategy and business goals.

  13. Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.

  14. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.

  15. Use various methods and techniques and make databased decisions on direct financial and nonfinancial compensations.

  16. Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.

  17. Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.

  18. Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed.

  19. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports Internal.


  • Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related field.

  • At least 8 years of proficient experience in HR Payroll, familiar to work with PowerVision program will be advantage.

  • Good command of English both of written and spoken English.

  • High leadership skill, strong management and maturity.
