Job description

  • Managing and assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, procedures and other related tasks
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new staff and preparing initial paperwork
  • Manage employee files, including entry documents, internal agreements, contracts, training agreements.
  • Support various HR initiatives and handle other human resources work or projects as assigned by the HR Manager
  • Assist in the roll-out of HR strategies and policies tailored for our factory division, ensuring alignment with our broader company goals
  • Verify and consolidate the compensation for staff and submit the related documents to the payroll agency for salary calculation
  • Manage Staff Benefits (i.e. leave, medical benefits, annual leaves, per diem & reimbursement)
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development across all companies and selection process align with business needs.
  • Overseeing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and recordkeeping
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures and enforce it with strict adherence to compliance.
  • Handle and coordinate with the external company concerning the benefits programs to ensure service quality and continuous improvements.
  • Handling general duties to support office administrative matter and support company event activities
  • Ad hoc tasks are possible to happen along the way which could be stated as any works as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource / Administration or relating fields
  • 3-5 years of working experience in HR & Administration, C&B, Payroll, recruitment, training or expertise related to HR all functions
  • Experience in HR operations is a plus, ideally within new plant set up
  • Experience in a multi-national organisation an advantage, especially with expats
  • SAP Success Factors, which is an advantage
  • Good command in English skills
  • Proactive mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
