Responsibilities:
- Overall HRM and HRD management
- Manage manpower planning, KPI and Report to Management committee
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Hands on Salary payment, Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Manage Training and Development program for employment
- Source, interview, and hire professionals and support staffs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Psychology, Political Science, Management, Economics or related field
- Having at least 8 years of experience in HR & GA
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and relevant laws and regulations, Thai labor laws, Development skills, Employee relations
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility travel when required (able to work in province occasionally)
