âResponsibilities
âĒ Lead anddirect the day to day operation of HR department including HRM, HRD, ER and enforcing company policies and practices
âĒ Be partner with the management team to develop compensation & benefits strategy, employee engagement policies and office adminstration
âĒ Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes compettitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains tip talent
âĒ Support current and future business goal through the development, engagement, motivation of human resources
âĒ Build a positive working environment
âĒ Oversea and manage a performance evaluation program that drives high performance
âĒ Maintains knowledge of best practics, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and employment laws
Qualifications :
âĒ Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
âĒ Over 5 years of experience in HR role and 3 years as a HR manager who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and strategy
âĒ Familiarity with labor legislation
âĒ Good analytical skills and open minded
âĒ People oriented is required
âĒ Good command in English is required
