​Responsibilities

â€Ē Lead anddirect the day to day operation of HR department including HRM, HRD, ER and enforcing company policies and practices

â€Ē Be partner with the management team to develop compensation & benefits strategy, employee engagement policies and office adminstration

â€Ē Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes compettitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains tip talent

â€Ē Support current and future business goal through the development, engagement, motivation of human resources

â€Ē Build a positive working environment

â€Ē Oversea and manage a performance evaluation program that drives high performance

â€Ē Maintains knowledge of best practics, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and employment laws

Qualifications :

â€Ē Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

â€Ē Over 5 years of experience in HR role and 3 years as a HR manager who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and strategy

â€Ē Familiarity with labor legislation

â€Ē Good analytical skills and open minded

â€Ē People oriented is required

â€Ē Good command in English is required
