Job description:
Overall responsible for managing the execution of all HR functions, i.e., recruitment, payroll, welfare, performance management, and general administration.
Plan and implement compensation initiatives according to the company's compensation philosophy and corporate goals.
Monitor and report key HRIS data to management team to evaluate effective HR management and ROI on budget.
Identify issues and recommend improvements to achieve desired results.
Set and ensure company compliance to local employment laws and regulations.
Job requirements:
Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Social Science, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years experience as supervisor or manager in HR or related functions.
Effective communication in Thai, English. (if able to speak Chinese will be an advantage).
Extensive and proven track records in management level recruitments.
Familiar with labor law and related statutory regulation.
Good logic and able to solve up front situations systematically.
